Connor Joe was born on August 16, 1992, in San Diego California in the United States. He was known to have been previously teamed with the San Francisco Giants.
His Amateur days make it evident that he was known to have attended Poway High School in San Diego, California, and was known to have featured in college baseball at the University of San Diego where he attended University College. During his college days, he was named a league all-star.
