Charlie Blackmon is an American professional baseball outfielder for the Colorado Rockies of Major League Baseball (MLB). He made his MLB debut in 2011, as a member of the Rockies.
Blackmon is of mixed American and English descent; he was born in Dallas, Texas. Blackmon, who was born in the city of Suwanee, Georgia, attended North Gwinnett High School, where he excelled as a baseball player, both as a left-handed pitcher and an outfielder.
