Konnor Chase Pilkington plays as a pitcher for the Cleveland Guardians baseball team. During his senior year of high school, he participated in baseball at East Central High School in Moss Point, Mississippi. After graduating from high school, he committed to playing college baseball at Mississippi State University.
He played baseball for the Brewster Whitecaps in the Cape Cod Baseball League before earning his degree from the institution. In the third round of the 2018 MLB Draft, the Chicago White Sox picked him. He agreed to join them and take a $650,000 signing bonus.
He began his career that year with the Arizona League White Sox at the rookie-level before moving up to the Great Falls Voyagers of the Rookie Advanced Pioneer League. During the 2019 season, he was a member of the Kannapolis Intimidators of the Class A South Atlantic League. He was dealt by the White Sox to the Cleveland Indians in July of that same year. Konnor made his Major League Baseball debut for the Cleveland Guardians on April 15, 2022.
