Bryan was born on November 27, 1998, in Hialeah, Florida in the USA. He played baseball in high school at Westland Hialeah Senior High School and then continued his baseball career at Hillsborough Community College.
After he graduated from college, the Cleveland Guardians drafted him in the 15th round of the 2018 MLB draft. The Guardians assigned him that same season to the Arizona League Indians where he made his professional debut.
He played for both the Mahoning Valley Scrappers and the Lake County Captains in the 2019 minor league season. The 2020 season was cancelled so he did not play in any game that season.
During the 2021 season, he was assigned to play with Lake County and he was promoted twice during the season. First, to the Akron RubberDucks and later to the Columbus Clippers.
He made it to the Guardians 40-man roster in November 2021. He was named to the Guardians Opening Day roster in April 2022 and he made his MLB debut for the Guardians on April 10, 2022.
