Jhonkensy Noel is an infielder who plays for the Cleveland Guardians of the Major League Baseball. He is originally from the Dominican Republic.
On July 15, 2017, Noel signed a free-agent contract with the Cleveland Indians organization.
He did so in his capacity as an international player. In 2018, he made his debut with the Dominican Summer League Indians, where he batted .243 with 10 home runs and 34 runs batted in across 64 games. In addition, he drove in 34 runs.
In 2019, he was a member of the Arizona League Indians, where he played 47 games and had a batting average of.287 with six home runs and 42 runs batted in.
As a result of the minor league season being canceled in 2020, he did not participate in any games that year. Over the course of 70 games in 2021, Noel played for teams in the Arizona League, the Lynchburg Hillcats, and the Lake County Captains.

On November 19, 2021, the team that would later be known as the Cleveland Guardians added Noel to their 40-man roster.
