Professional tennis player Tatjana Maria, formerly Malek, was born in Germany on August 8, 1987. She achieved her top singles and doubles rankings of 46 and 54 in November 2017 and June 2016, respectively.
She has two singles titles, four doubles titles, 15 singles titles, and 15 doubles titles from the WTA Tour. Between 2006 and 2011, as well as between 2018 and 2020, she competed in 12 outings (18 games) for Germany in the Billie Jean King Cup competition.
