Romy Iris Charlotte Johnson is the name that Boris and Carrie Johnson have chosen for their baby. In a post on Instagram, Carrie Johnson stated that the names Romy, Iris, and Charlotte were chosen as a tribute to the late mothers of the prime minister and her aunt Rosemary.
A word used to denote a kid born after a miscarriage, she has previously referred to her daughter as a “rainbow baby.” The 33-year-old admitted to miscarrying earlier this year.
On December 9, the couple made Romy’s birth public. After the birth of their son Wilfred in April 2020, she is the prime minister’s second child with his third wife.
Due to the approaching vote of confidence in the UK parliament, which will take place this evening, Boris Johnson will be under scrutiny.
Because of this, he has been trending all day.
While speaking at a vaccination clinic in Kent, Boris disclosed the name; Carrie confirmed Romy Iris Charlotte Johnson as the baby’s full name in an Instagram post.
According to a tweet by Carrie, Charlotte was chosen to honor Boris’ mother, and Iris is the Greek word for rainbow. Carrie also disclosed that her daughter’s first name was influenced by her aunt Rosemary.
