Stacey Chanelle Clare Solomon is her full name; she is a well-known television personality and musician in England. She was born to David and Fiona Solomon in the British city of Dagenham on October 4, 1989.

During her 2009 The X Factor audition for the sixth season, she performed “What a Wonderful World.” She was chosen as one of the top 12 competitors and moved on to the live competitions. She was Dannii Minogue’s protege, and during the opening live performance week, she delivered a superb performance of Coldplay’s “The Scientist,” earning praise from the judges.

The lead single from her debut album, which was recorded in June 2011, was initially scheduled to be released in February 2012, but that date was postponed. She gave a live performance as the primary attraction at Paisley’s Christmas Lights Switch On ceremony in November 2011.
