Currently playing for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League is wide receiver Stefon Marsean Diggs. Diggs was born on November 29, 1993.
He played college football for Maryland before being selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He’s now a part of the crew.
Diggs attended the University of Maryland in College Park on a sports scholarship from 2012 to 2014 and played NCAA football for the Maryland Terrapins during that time. Randy Edsall served as Diggs’ coach throughout his tenure there.
In his first season with the Vikings, he was handed a starting position and participated in the “Minneapolis Miracle” play, which catapulted the group into the 2018 NFL Playoffs.
In 2020, he was moved to the Buffalo Bills, where he amassed 127 catches and receiving yards, setting records for the most among all NFL receivers.
He also led the NFL in receiving touchdowns with five. Diggs completed his secondary education at Our Lady of Good Counsel High School in Montgomery County, Maryland.
He concluded the 2010 season as a junior with 810 receiving yards and 23 touchdowns, which helped him place second for the Gatorade Maryland Player of the Year title.
