Marquez Stevenson is an American football wide receiver for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills who wears jersey number 5. He was born on March 26, 1998. At Houston, he played collegiate football. Stevenson attended Shreveport, Louisiana’s Northwood High School.
He made a commitment to play college football at the University of Houston. Stevenson participated in two games as a true freshman in 2016 at Houston. He did not record a reception, but he did have 36 receiving yards on a hook-and-ladder play.
Due to an ACL tear, he was unable to play in 2017. In 2018, after making a full recovery from the harm, he led the club with 75 receptions for 1,019 yards and nine touchdowns.
Stevenson led the group once more in his junior season of 2019 with 52 receptions for 907 yards and nine touchdowns.
He skipped the 2020 NFL Draft in favor of returning to Houston for his senior year. Following his senior year, he took part in the 2021 Senior Bowl.
The Buffalo Bills selected Stevenson in the sixth round (203rd overall) of the 2021 NFL Draft.
Stevenson and Buffalo agreed to a four-year rookie deal on May 13, 2021. On September 1, 2021, he went on injured reserve.
On November 25, he became active. Stevenson was placed on injured reserve on August 31, 2022.
