Football guard Jordan Simmons is a well-known professional football player. He is currently unemployed. Both Crespi Carmelite High School and Susan Miller Dorsey High School were attended by him. As a senior, he was the second-best offensive line prospect in the country. He attended the University of Southern California after high school and played football for the USC Trojans.
Simmons struggled with knee issues the entirety of his collegiate career and appeared as a reserve in just nine games as a redshirt freshman and sophomore. He was signed by the Oakland Raiders in April 2017, however they released him on September 1, 2018, following the end of training camp.
He was claimed off waivers by the Seattle Seahawks on September 2, 2018. On September 30, 2018, he played in his first NFL game against the Arizona Cardinals. On November 11, 2018, he started his first game at right guard against the Los Angeles Rams.
The day of his release was August 31, 2021. He was reinstated to the practice squad on September 6. Simmons was acquired by the Las Vegas Raiders in September 2021 from the Seahawks’ practice squad. In July 2022, Simmons made a commitment to the Buffalo Bills. He was let go on August 14, 2022, and has been a free agent ever then.
