Nick McCloud is a well-known professional football player who competes for the National Football League’s Buffalo Bills as a cornerback. He is 86 kilograms and 1.85 meters tall. On July 9, 1998, he was born and raised in Rock Hill, South Carolina, in the United States to parents Nakia McCloud and Jonetta McCloud. At South Pointe High School where he attended, he played high school football as an amateur.
Then, from 2016 through 2019, he played collegiate football for the NC State Wolfpack at North Carolina State University where he recorded a total of 58 tackles and in 2020, he played for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish at the University of Notre Dame where he recorded 33 football tackles. He joined the Buffalo Bills in May 2021 as an undrafted free agent. In August 2021, he was released.
On September 1, 2021, the Cincinnati Bengals picked him up off waivers. On November 4, 2021, the Bengals released him. He rejoined the Buffalo Bills on November 8, 2021, and was added to the practice squad. He signed a reserve/future contract on January 24, 2022, following the Bills’ loss in the Divisional Round of the 2021 Playoffs.
