American football player, Michael William Gesicki is a tight end with the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League. He was born on October 3, 1995, in Manahawkin, New Jersey.
In Penn State history, he holds the record for the most receptions by a tight end. The Miami Dolphins selected him in the second round of the 2018 NFL Draft.
Gesicki, a resident of Stafford Township, New Jersey’s Manahawkin neighborhood, graduated from Southern Regional High School in 2014 after setting school records in volleyball blocks, basketball scoring (1,866 points), and football catches (103), and receiving yards (1,817).

Gesicki signed a four-year, $6.61 million contract with the Miami Dolphins on June 18, 2018, with $3.66 million guaranteed and a $2.88 million signing bonus.
Gesicki ended Week 2 of the 2020 campaign against the Buffalo Bills with eight receptions for 130 yards and his first season touchdown.
The Dolphins lost the game 28-31, but it was the first time in his NFL career that he had over 100 receiving yards in a single game.
He has five receptions for 65 receiving yards and two touchdowns in Week 14’s 33-27 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Gesicki recorded a total of 53 receptions for 706 receiving yards and six receiving touchdowns in the 2020 season.
The Dolphins gave Gesicki the franchise tag on March 8, 2022.
