Terron Armstead is an offensive tackle for the National Football League’s Miami Dolphins. His height is 1.96 meters. He was made on July 23, 1991, in the American nation of Cahokia, Illinois. He got letters for football and track while he was a student at Cahokia High School. Additionally, he played collegiate football at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff’s Golden Lions from 2009 to 2012.
During his final three seasons at Arkansas-Pine Bluff, he was selected as an All-Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) player. The New Orleans Saints selected him in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Armstead and the Saints came to terms on a $4.86 million, four-year deal in May 2013 that also includes a $617,436 signing bonus. He stepped in as left tackle for Charles Brown to start his first season.
He played in his debut regular-season game against the Arizona Cardinals in September 2013. Armstead and the Saints came to an agreement on a five-year, $65 million contract in May 2016. A $11 million signing bonus and a $38 million guarantee are included in the agreement. On November 28, 2020, the team placed him on the reserve/COVID-19 list, then on December 9 of that same year, he was activated. Armstead and the Miami Dolphins came to terms on a five-year, $75 million contract on March 22, 2022.
