Jordan Williams is a free agent who competes in the National Football League as an outside linebacker. At 1.93 meters tall and 125 kilograms, he is also quite tall. After three years at P. K. Yonge Developmental Research School, he transferred to Gainesville High School in Gainesville to play his senior football season.
He played defensive end, tight end, and long snapper while in his senior year of 2010’s football career. He was named to the Gainesville Sun’s Class 5A-AA First-team as well as the Super 11 team that year. From 2011 through 2014, he participated in collegiate football with the Tennessee Volunteers at the University of Tennessee.
After going undrafted in the 2015 NFL Draft, Williams signed with the New York Jets in May of that same year. On October 6, 2015, he was added to the practice squad of the Miami Dolphins. On December 6 against the Baltimore Ravens, he made his first and only appearances in the NFL in 2015. He was added to the practice squad of the New York Giants in December 2016.
On January 9, 2017, the Giants and he agreed to a reserve/future contract. On November 1, he received a promotion to the active roster. He joined the Tennessee Titans in August 2019. On August 12, 2019, he was waived/injured and put on injured reserve. On July 28, 2020, his agreement came to an end.
