If Kader Kohou makes the Dolphins roster, his tale will be the most interesting part of the season.
Kohou says that his ability to lead by example is his greatest strength in an interview with NFL Draft Diamonds. In the secondary, he was able to switch between roles, and he also returned kicks for the special teams.
At the age of nine, he made the long journey from Africa to America. Since he was little, he has been fluent in French.
Kohou’s inspiration comes from his parents, who “came with nothing to us living nicely.”
Kohou made three appearances on the all-conference team and was named the 2021 Lone Star Conference Defensive Back of the Year. His 4.50 40-yard dash time is not mind-blowing. Still, his speed is evident in his best moments.
Since gunner Mack Hollins signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in free agency, the Miami Dolphins have been looking to fill the void he left behind.
During preseason, Kohou has a good shot at earning this position. Kohou appears to be a player of strong character, the type who could one day assume the role of team captain that Hollins held for this squad a year ago.
How Much Does Kader Kohou Make?
The average salary for Kader Kohou is $863,333 per year. Kohou has a $715,000 cap hit and a $705,000 base salary in 2022. His signing bonus is $30,000.
