Running back James Calvin White plays for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. On February 3, 1992, he was born.
Prior to being selected by the Patriots in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft, he played college football for Wisconsin.
He broke both Super Bowl records for receptions and points scored in Super Bowl LI. He is mostly employed as a receiver. White and Darren Sproles hold the record for the most receptions in a playoff game.
White went to Florida’s Fort Lauderdale St. Thomas Aquinas High School. He represented the Raiders while they were in high school football. He played for the St. Thomas Aquinas team that won the national championship in 2008.
The New England Patriots selected White in the fourth round of the 2014 NFL Draft (130th overall). Only three of the Patriots’ games saw him in action.
He played in his first NFL game against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4. He had three carries for 21 yards and three receptions for 15 yards in the 41-14 defeat.
White and the Patriots agreed to a two-year, $5 million contract extension on March 15, 2022.
When it comes to relationships, White is not dating anyone at the moment but he is not single either as he is married to Diana Civitello. Since their time in college, White and Civitello have been dating.
According to CBS Sports, White missed the Patriots’ Week 3 matchup against the New York Jets on September 22, 2019, as his wife is due to give birth to their first child. White and Civitello announced their pregnancy with a boy in an Instagram post on August 31.
