Lil Jordan Humphrey is an American football wide receiver for the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football in Texas.
Humphrey received his secondary education at Carroll Senior High School, which is located in Southlake, Texas.
He was a member of the Dragons high school football team, where he played both running back and wide receiver.
He was courted by many schools and received offers from Texas, Wisconsin, California, Iowa, Ole Miss, Oregon State, Texas Tech, University of Central Florida, and Washington, among others.
He has made a verbal agreement to play collegiate football for the University of Texas.
In 2016, Humphrey was a true freshman at Texas and participated in all 10 games, recording two receptions for a total of 15 yards.
In 2017, as a sophomore, he participated in a total of 12 games and started six of them. He finished the year with 37 receptions, 431 yards, and one touchdown.
Humphrey recorded 86 receptions, 1,176 receiving yards, and nine touchdowns during his junior season.
When the season was over, he submitted his name to be drafted in the 2019 NFL Draft.
