Yodny Cajuste participates in American football as an offensive tackle for the National Football League’s New England Patriots. He is 1.96 m tall and 141 kg in weight. Miramar High School was where he completed his high school studies. He attended West Virginia University after high school and participated in the West Virginia Mountaineers football team’s collegiate season.
Throughout the 2014 campaign, he redshirted. Before becoming hurt in the 2015 season, he made six starts. However, he came back when the Mountaineers won the Cactus Bowl at the end of the campaign. He suffered a season-ending injury in 2016 against Missouri in the opening game of the season.
He made 13 starts for the Mountaineers in 2017 and was named to the All-Big 12 Second Team. FWAA All-American (Second Team), Phil Steele All-America (Second Team), Athlon Sports All-America (Fourth Team), Big 12 Conference Co-Offensive Lineman of the Year, and All-Big 12 Conference First Team are just a few of the accolades he received during his final season.
In the third round of the 2019 NFL Draft, the New England Patriots selected him. After having quad surgery, he was put on the non-football injury list to begin the season. He had a knee injury and was put on injured reserve in September of 2020.
