He was born in the US on December 9, 1995, in St. Petersburg, Florida. From 2014 through 2017, he played NCAA football for the University of Georgia’s Georgia Bulldogs. He also attended Lakewood High School. He studied family sciences and human development at the institution at the university.
As a true freshman, he participated in 11 games for the Bulldogs. Between the 2015 and 2016 seasons, Wynn made 23 consecutive starts while starting 25 of the 26 games. He was chosen as the second of six Georgia Bulldogs that year. He started the 2019 campaign as the Patriots’ left tackle.
Wynn began the 2020 season for the Patriots as the left tackle, but in week 6 he was given his first NFL start at left guard. He had a knee injury in Week 11 and was put on injured reserve on November 28, 2020. Wynn’s fifth-year option was exercised by the Patriots in May 2021, securing a $10.413 million salary for the 2022 season.
