American football player Tristan Vizcaino is presently serving as the placekicker for the New England Patriots of the National Football League. Vizcaino is a member of the Patriots organization.
Born on July 31, 1996, he is now a member of the New England Patriots (NFL). After playing college football in Washington, he went undrafted and entered the 2019 NFL draft as a free agent, eventually landing a spot on the Cincinnati Bengals’ roster.
He also had stints with the Dallas Cowboys and the Minnesota Vikings before moving on to the San Francisco 49ers. Vizcaino was a student at the University of Washington from 2014 to 2017,
during which time he played football for the team as a kicker and punter. The fact that he scored twelve field goals in 2017 is indicative of his stellar play that year.
No club picked him in the 2018 NFL Draft. In May of 2018, Vizcaino tried out for the New York Jets at rookie minicamp. He signed a reserve/futures contract with the Cincinnati Bengals on January 1, 2019, making him a member of the team.
He spent time with the Buffalo Bills, Minnesota Vikings, and Dallas Cowboys during the 2019 National Football League season.
He competed against Michael Badgley and came out on top, earning the starting kicker job for the Los Angeles Chargers.
