Breece Hall participates in American football as a running back for the National Football League’s New York Jets. He is 100 kg and 1.80 m tall. His junior season saw him rush for 2,082 yards and score 36 touchdowns in total, earning him first-team All-Metro and first-team All-State honors. He attended Wichita Northwest High School.
He ran for 2,127 yards and 29 touchdowns as a senior, earning first-team All-State honors once more and the Wichita Metro Player of the Year award. From 2019 to 2021, he competed in collegiate football with the Iowa State Cyclones at Iowa State University. During his true freshman year, Hall earned the starting running back position at Iowa State.
He ran for 897 yards and nine touchdowns during the regular season while also receiving 23 passes for 252 yards and one score. In the first eight games of his sophomore campaign, he carried for over 100 yards. He was the first unanimous first-team All-American in school history. He was also named first-team All-Big 12 and the conference’s Offensive Player of the Year.
He has 1,472 rushing yards, 302 receiving yards, and 23 total touchdowns as a junior in 2021. Hall declared after the season that he would bypass his senior year and declare for the 2022 NFL Draft. The New York Jets selected him in the 2022 NFL Draft.
