Throughout their childhood, Tyler and Trevor Conklin were inseparable companions. The two were indispensable shared a home and played sports together.
Tyler has since left the Central Michigan football team in preparation for the 2018 NFL Draft. Trevor, a junior linebacker, is looking to replicate his success and follow in his brother’s footsteps.
Like any older brother would, Tyler picked on Trevor when the two were younger. Trevor was frequently defeated by Tyler, who competed in Division II basketball at Northwood University, “thousands” of times. Trevor persisted in challenging Tyler to continue playing instead of giving up.
Who Is Tyler Conklin Brother, Trevor Conklin?
Trevor Dane Conklin was born on June 4, 1997. He is the son of Terry and Diana Conklin.
Although Trevor also went to L’Anse Creuse North High School, he enrolled at the University of Findlay to play football his freshman year. The 5-foot-11, 200-pound linebacker and wide receiver left for Mount Pleasant after he caught six passes for 77 yards in 2015.
Since Trevor missed much of spring practice with an injury, he has no idea of his playing time or position for the upcoming 2018 season.
Tyler feels confident in Trevor’s ability to contribute in any role, regardless of whether or not Trevor is currently active on the field.
Since his brother is away at Carnegie Mellon University, Trevor can return to the backyard football games in Chesterfield with the same enthusiasm he felt as a kid.
