Nathan Shepherd, is a professional American football player of Canadian origin who plays defensive tackle for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He is 1.93 m tall and weighs 143 kg. He played youth football for the Ajax/Pickering Dolphins Football Club. Clarke Richardson Collegiate was where he finished his secondary education.
He redshirted his first season of collegiate football at Simon Fraser University but was able to start every game as a defensive end his second. He attended school for a total of two years before quitting because he could no longer afford the fees.
