Clint Mosley Jr., also known as C. J. Mosley, is a professional football player who plays linebacker for the New York Jets of the National Football League. He is 1.88 m tall and weighs 113 kg. At Theodore High School, he played football, track, and basketball. As a sophomore, he recorded 112 tackles, four sacks, and one interception.
In a class that also included five-star prospects Christian Jones and Jordan Hicks, he was the sixth-ranked outside linebacker prospect. He received a four-star review from the recruiting website Rivals.com. After graduating from high school, he enrolled in the University of Alabama, where he played NCAA football for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
In 2010, Mosley became a true freshman for the Crimson Tide, and the FWAA, Rivals.com, and College Football News unanimously named him a Freshman All-American. During his senior year, he was selected for the first team of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). In the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens selected him.

In March 2019, he signed a $85 million, five-year contract with the New York Jets. He made five tackles in Week 1 while making his debut for the Jets, making an interception of Josh Allen’s throw that he later returned for a touchdown.
