Long snapper Thomas Hennessey has agreed to a four-year contract extension with the Jets, the organization announced on Saturday. The agreement is worth up to $4.4 million, with $1 million of that amount guaranteed, according to Ralph Vacchiano of SNY.

Hennessy’s four-year agreement is worth $4.4 million, according to Adam Schefter, including a $625,000 signing bonus and a guaranteed $1.15 million.

The Colts signed the 25-year-old after he went undrafted out of Duke, but the Jets acquired him in a trade in May of 2017. Since then, as the team’s long snapper, he hasn’t missed a game.

Hennessey played football for Don Bosco Prep in Ramsey, New Jersey, where he attended high school.

In August 2017, New York acquired him from Indianapolis in exchange for Safety Ronald Martin.

Hennessy has participated in each of the Jets’ three games this season. Since being acquired by New York, he has never missed a game.
