Running back Ricky Person plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He is 98 kg in weight and 1.83 meters tall. He wears jersey number 8.
He was born on December 11, 1999, in the US in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He spent his first two seasons of high school athletics at Franklinton High School before transferring to Heritage High School, where he played for head coach and former Wolfpack and NFL standout Dewayne Washington.
He was the team captain and one of 16 national finalists for the U.S. Army Player of the Year honor. In addition, he participated in the US Army All-American Game.
After high school, he attended North Carolina State University and participated in collegiate football for the NC State Athletics. He had numerous rushes in his debut season of 2018, finishing with 471 yards as the second-leading rusher overall.
He underwent surgery in October of that year and missed five games due to an ankle ailment in 2019. He received the team’s Ken McNeill Iron Wolf Award at the start of the 2020 campaign, which is given to the player who returns from injury.
He was the team’s second-leading rusher with 643 yards in every game he started. For the first game of the year, he was named the ACC RB of the Week. The Baltimore Ravens acquired him as an undrafted free agent.
