Running back Ricky Person plays for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He is 98 kg in weight and 1.83 meters tall. On December 11, 1999, he was born in Wake Forest, North Carolina. He participated in Franklinton High School’s first two seasons of varsity athletics before transferring to Heritage High School.
He was coached by Dewayne Washington, a former All-Pro player for the Wolfpack and the NFL, at Heritage. He was one of the 16 national finalist Americans. both the title of team captain and Army Player of the Year. He also took part in the US Army All-American Game.
After graduating from high school, he enrolled at North Carolina State University, where he played NCAA football for NC State Athletics. He underwent surgery in October of that year, and in 2019 he missed a total of five games due to an ankle injury.
Before the 2020 season began, he was presented with the team’s Ken McNeill Iron Wolf Award, which is given to the player who returns from injury. Every game he started had him rushing for 643 yards on the ground, good for second on the squad. He received the ACC Running Back of the Week award for the season’s opening contest.
