In the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft, the Ravens selected him out of Texas’ college football program.
The Baltimore Ravens selected Duvernay with the 92nd overall pick in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft. In Week 1’s matchup with the Cleveland Browns, he made his NFL debut and registered a 12-yard reception in the 38-6 victory.
He scored his first career touchdown on a 93-yard kickoff return in Week 3’s 20-34 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
He contributed to the Ravens’ 27-3 victory over the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 5 with two catches for 17 yards and a 42-yard jet sweep run. He recorded a season-high 45 yards on three catches in a 17-23 loss to the New England Patriots in Week 10.
Due to Miles Boykin and Rashod Bateman’s injuries at the start of the 2021 season, Duvernay played a slightly more active role. Ty’Son Williams’ fumble was recovered by teammate Duvernay at the Kansas City Chiefs’ two-yard line in Week 2’s matchup, leading to a touchdown. Ravens would triumph 36–35.
He scored the first receiving touchdown of his career the following week in a 19-17 victory over the Detroit Lions on a 19-yard reception.
Duvernay scored his second receiving touchdown in Week 9 against the Minnesota Vikings on a one-handed, five-yard catch. In overtime, the Ravens would triumph 34-31.
