Mark Andrews is a tight end for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He played college football in Oklahoma. In the third round of the 2018 NFL Draft, the Ravens drafted him.
Andrews broke a single-season record for receptions and receiving yards for the Ravens, earning him a spot on the 2021 All-Pro Team and two Pro Bowl selections.
Andrews attended Scottsdale, Arizona’s Desert Mountain High School. He was a wide receiver in high school, recording 1,122 yards and 17 touchdowns on 68 receptions as a senior, 1,494 yards and 21 touchdowns on 81 receptions as a junior, and 1,058 yards and 10 touchdowns on 58 receptions as a sophomore.
Kyle Allen was his quarterback in high school. Prior to Kade Warner, son of Kurt Warner, breaking his record, he owned the Arizona high school record for career receptions. Andrews pledged to play college football at the University of Oklahoma.
At Oklahoma, Andrews converted from wide receiver to tight end. He participated in all 13 games with one start in 2015 after redshirting his debut season in 2014 and finished with 19 receptions for 318 yards and seven touchdowns.
Andrews started 11 of the 13 games he played in 2016 and hauled in 31 passes for 489 yards and seven touchdowns.
