Patrick Mekari is an offensive tackle for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He was born on August 13, 1997, and now plays for the team (NFL).
He attended California college and participated in football there. Mekari was not chosen by any team at the 2019 NFL Draft, therefore the Baltimore Ravens decided to sign him as an undrafted free agent instead.
Mekari made the initial 53-man roster for the Baltimore Ravens after a successful training camp and preseason in which he displayed his flexibility.
In doing so, he extended the run of undrafted players making the Ravens roster to 16 years. After filling in for an injured Matt Skura in Week 12 of the 2019 season’s game against the Los Angeles Rams,
Mekari made his first start at home against the San Francisco 49ers after Matt Skura was placed on season-ending injured reserve. Mekari’s first career start came as a result of Matt Skura’s injury.
On November 25, 2020, the team put Mekari on the reserve/COVID-19 list. He was eventually brought back into the active roster on December 4, 2020.
As a result of injuries sustained by Ronnie Stanley and Tyre Phillips during the 2021 season, the Ravens turned to Mekari as their starting right tackle.
Mekari renewed his agreement to play for the Ravens by signing a new three-year deal on December 30th, 2021.

Patrick Mekari has agreed to terms with the Baltimore Ravens that will see him make an average annual salary of $5,150,000 over the course of a three-year deal that is worth a total of $15,450,000.
Salary
Mekari’s total compensation in 2022 will consist of a base salary of $1,100,000, a signing bonus of $6,000,000, a cap hit of $3,100,000, and a dead cap value of $7,100,000. In addition, Mekari’s contract carries a dead cap value of $7,100,000.
