An American football player of Australian descent that plays professionally is named Daniel Faalele. He is an offensive tackle for the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens football team. He is 172 kg and 2.03 m tall. He received a football scholarship from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida, in the United States.
He started playing offensive line for IMG in 2017, when the team was undefeated, and was chosen to participate in the 2018 Under Armour All-America Game after only beginning to practice and learn the sport in 2016. He turned down offers from Alabama, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, and Michigan to play college football at Minnesota since he was a four-star prospect.
He participated in football for the University of Minnesota’s Minnesota Golden Gophers. He participated in 10 games during his freshman season, starting the final 8 contests at right tackle. He was named honorable mention All-Big Ten Conference and included in GQ Australia’s list of the country’s 50 greatest living athletes.
Daniel started 11 games as right tackle as a sophomore and was once more selected honorable mention All-Big Ten. He scored his first touchdown of his professional career in the Guaranteed Rate Bowl during his final college game in December 2021. The Baltimore Ravens selected him in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft.
