Vincent James Biegel is an outside linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League.
Biegel comes from a family of athletes. His dad, Rocky Biegel played as a linebacker for the BYU football team from 1988 through 1992. In 1990, he was named to the second team of All-WAC players.
Between the years 1989 and 1993, his uncle T.D. played fullback for BYU, alongside his father. His grandfather, Ken Biegel was a member of the UW–Eau Claire Blugolds in Division III and played both linebacker and offensive guard.
Hayden Biegel, who is his younger brother, was an offensive tackle at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
Biegel was raised on a cranberry marsh near Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin that was established in 1919 by his mother’s ancestors; he, his brother, and his sister are the fifth generation of the family to have worked the farm.
