David Ojabo plays football professionally and is an outside linebacker for the Baltimore Ravens of the National Football League. He is 116 kg in weight and 1.93 meters tall.On May 17, 2000, David was born in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. He and his family moved to Aberdeen, Scotland, in 2007.
When he was 17 years old, he moved to Blairstown, New Jersey, in the United States of America. He played basketball at Blair Academy in New Jersey before transitioning to American football. In part, the environment of the state, which reminded him of Scotland and made him feel at home, was what drew him to the University of Michigan.
He played football for the Michigan Wolverines from 2019 to 2021. He did not play in the season in 2019, his first year at Michigan. As a sophomore in 2020, he played in six games and had one tackle. He made his starting debut in 2021. On January 4, 2022, he revealed that he would forgo his senior year and enter the 2022 NFL Draft instead.
David suffered an injury during a drill during Michigan’s Pro Day, and his left ankle ultimately needed surgery. It was eventually determined that he had torn his Achilles. The Baltimore Ravens selected him with the 45th overall choice in the 2022 NFL Draft.
