Formerly known as Jayson Oweh, Odafe Oweh is a professional American football player. He is an outside linebacker for the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens. He is 1.96 m tall and 114 kg in weight.He played football at Blair Academy in Blairstown, New Jersey, when he was a student.
His name has been put down for the 2018 Under Armour All-America Game roster. Oweh made a commitment to play collegiate football for Penn State. From 2018 to 2020, he was a member of the Penn State Nittany Lions football team. As a true freshman for Penn State, he participated in four games while recording two sacks.
He participated in 13 games as a sophomore in 2019 and made one start. He had a total of 21 tackles and 5 sacks. In the 2020 season, he recorded 38 tackles, including six for a loss. In the first round of the 2021 NFL Draft, he was chosen by the Baltimore Ravens. Late in the fourth quarter of his second professional game, Oweh forced his first career turnover and recovered it.
