Kevon Seymour is a professional football player who competes for the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens as a cornerback. He is 84 kilograms and 1.83 meters tall. He attended John Muir High School for his high school education. He participated in collegiate football for the University of Southern California’s USC Trojans football team.
He made 126 tackles, 19 deflections, one fumble recovery, three interceptions, and started 24 games during his four seasons at USC. He participated on special teams and as a back-up cornerback during his first season in 2012. His role grew as a sophomore because he started 12 games. Due to injury, he played only a small amount of games in his senior year.
The Buffalo Bills selected Seymour in the sixth round of the 2016 NFL Draft. He was included on the final roster of the Bills after a strong preseason. As a rookie, he made three starts in 15 games while compiling 22 tackles and three passes defended. He was traded to the Carolina Panthers in September 2017. Seymour joined the Philadelphia Eagles’ practice squad in December 2020 and was later added to the team’s roster.
He was added to the Baltimore Ravens practice squad in September 2021. Seymour received a promotion to the active roster in October 2021 before receiving another promotion to the practice squad. He agreed to a one-year contract extension with the Ravens in January 2022.
