Geno Stone is a professional football player who is a safety for the National Football League’s Baltimore Ravens. He stands 1.80 meters tall and 94 kg in weight. Geno played wide receiver, quarterback, and defensive back for the football team at New Castle Junior/Senior High School.
His senior year saw him earn first-team All-State honors for his 97 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, three sacks, and 10 interceptions. He played football for the University of Iowa’s Iowa Hawkeyes after graduating from high school. He participated in each of Iowa’s 13 events as a freshman. After collecting 39 tackles and a forced fumble in his second season, he was promoted to the starting lineup.
He declared that he would forgo his final year of NCAA eligibility and instead join the 2020 NFL Draft before to the start of the 2020 football season. The Baltimore Ravens selected him in the seventh round of the 2020 NFL Draft. He was reinstated to the practice squad in October 2020, two days after being fired.
In November of 2020, he was added to the Ravens’ active roster before being released once more in December. On December 29, 2020, the Houston Texans selected him off waivers. He signed a one-year deal in March 2021 to return to the Ravens. He received an exclusive rights free agent tender from the Ravens in March 2022.
