Kelvin Beachum Parents: Meet Culetta Beachum and Kelvin Beachum Sr.
Culetta Beachum and Kelvin Beachum Sr. are the parents of the NFL superstar. Kelvin Beachum Sr. made a living as a mechanic and Culetta, his mother, worked for Mexia State School, which is located in Limestone County.
According to HGTV’s “Fixer Upper” Tv show, which featured the Beachum family in 2017, Kelvin called Chip and Joanna Gaines to add $100,000 to his parents’ $160,000 budget as they looked for a new house in a small community outside Waco, Texas.
When she learned that her son had donated an additional $100,000, Beachum’s mother, Culetta, did cry during the big presentation. Beachum’s dad, Kelvin Sr., was less effusive in his praise of the new house, but he was nonetheless impressed.
Since their extended family was growing, Beachum’s parents, who had lived in their Mexia, Texas, house for 27 years, needed additional room.
