Leki Fotu is a nose tackle for the Arizona Cardinals of the National Football League. He is a member of the American football team (NFL).

On November 14, 2020, he suffered an ankle injury and was placed on injured reserve. He was activated from injured reserve on December 5, 2020.
During the game against the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 15, Fotu recorded the first sack of his career on fellow rookie Jalen Hurts. The game ended in a 33–26 victory for the Jaguars.
Fotu began the 2021 season with the Cardinals as the team’s backup nose tackle in the nose tackle position. He participated in 17 games, starting three of them, and finished with 19 tackles, three passes defended, and one fumble forced.
In addition to Fotu, three of his brothers have also participated in collegiate football. Before he committed himself to football, Fotu was active in the sport of rugby.
Both of Fotu’s parents were born in Tonga, but they emigrated to the United States before the birth of Leki.
