Javon Wims is currently in his fifth season in the NFL and he plays for the Arizona Cardinals. Prior to signing a contract with the Cardinals, he spent three seasons with the Chicago Bears and a season between the Raiders and Browns.

Wims had his first touchdown catch for Georgia on December 30, 2016, against TCU in the Liberty Bowl. The reception went for 4 yards and gave Georgia a 31–23 victory over the Horned Frogs. Wims had 17 receptions for 190 yards and one touchdown in his rookie season with the Bulldogs.
