A professional football player for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League, Germain Ifedi is an offensive tackle. He is 1.96 meters tall and 151 kilograms in weight. He played football, basketball, and track while he was a student at Westside High School. The Associated Press named him to its second team of all-state performers.
Ifedi was ranked as the No. 15 offensive guard prospect in his class by Scout.com, who gave him a four-star rating. He was a four-star recruit according to ESPN. He attended Texas A&M University after high school, where from 2012 to 2015 he played collegiate football for the Texas A&M Aggies. 2012 saw him as a redshirt freshman.
