Professional linebacker Nathan “Nate” Landman competes for the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. He stands 1.91 meters tall. He is 98 kg in weight. He went to Monte Vista High School, where he earned letters in football and other sports. He excelled at both wide receiver and linebacker while playing both positions.
He won East Bay Athletic League MVP honors in his final season. MaxPreps named him to their All-NorCal High School Football Team, and the San Jose Times named him the East Bay Defensive Player of the Year. He played college football for the Colorado Buffaloes squad at the University of Colorado, Boulder from 2017 to 2021 after graduating from high school.
He saw a lot of playing time as a true freshman, especially on special teams but also on defense. He made one tackle for a loss in his 2017 college debut. He produced six tackles and a forced fumble in a starting capacity later that year against the Utah Utes. He started all of the 2018 season, and in the first game, he recorded a career-high 16 tackles.
With 104 total tackles and two interceptions, he completed the 2019 season. He was named All-Pac-12 Conference in the early months of 2019 by the coaches and media. In May 2022, Landman agreed to terms with the Atlanta Falcons as an undrafted free agent. Out of training camp, he was included on the 53-man roster for the Falcons.
