The older brother of Emily Binx, Thackery Binx, tries to save her but is transformed into a cat by the Sanderson Sisters’ evil sorcery. Teenage farm kid Thackery Binx lost his sister after witnessing the three witches known as The Sanderson Sisters use dark magic to take her life.
He was punished by the witches after they captured him after he witnessed them kill his sister Emily. One of their charms had been set on him to live for immortality in a black cat’s body.
Since the day he was cursed, he has spent the past 300 years keeping watch over The Sanderson House, waiting for a virgin to light the black flamed candle, which will cause the sisters to emerge, so he may exact revenge on his sister and put an end to the Sanderson Sisters once and for all.
Max lights the black flamed candle that calls the witches back to their home on Hallows Eve 1993 while Dani, Allison, and Max are at the Sanderson House.
The four of them manage to flee the house and make their way to the cemetery, where Max, Dani, and Allison join forces with Binx to aid him in taking down the sisters before they murder all the children in Salem, Massachusetts.
