Bradley Pinion is a professional football punter and kickoff specialist for the National Football League’s Atlanta Falcons. He is 1.96 meters tall and 104 kg in weight. He played high school football at Northwest Cabarrus High School. He decided to attend Clemson University to play college football.
From 2012 through 2014, he played collegiate football for the Clemson Tigers. In 2012, he participated in just five games as a freshman before taking over as the Tigers’ primary punter as a sophomore. As a junior in 2014, he continued to be the Tigers’ main punter.
As the 165th overall choice in the 2015 NFL Draft, Pinion was selected by the San Francisco 49ers in the fifth round. He committed to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March 2019 by signing a four-year deal. He participated in every game of that 16-game season, punting 57 times for 2,464 net yards and an average of 43.23 yards, a then-career low.
He was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Week for his four punts with an average of 49.3 yards in the season opener against the Dallas Cowboys, which resulted in a tight 31-29 victory. The Buccaneers cut him go in June 2022. The Atlanta Falcons acquired him on June 30, 2022.
