As a professional football punter and kickoff specialist with the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League, Bradley Pinion goes by the full name Bradley Alexander Pinion. He stands 1.96 m tall and weighs 104 kg. He attended Northwest Cabarrus High School, where he also participated in football. He agreed to play college football at Clemson University.
He participated in collegiate football for the Clemson Tigers from 2012 to 2014. He only participated in five games as a freshman in 2012, and as a sophomore, he took over as the Tigers’ primary punter. He continues to serve as the Tigers’ primary punter as a junior in 2014.
In round five of the 2015 NFL Draft, the San Francisco 49ers selected Pinion with the 165th overall choice. He made a four-year commitment to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in March 2019. He played in all 16 games that season and had 57 punts for 2,464 net yards, which was a then-career low and a 43.23 average.
He punted four times with an average distance of 49.3 yards in the tight 31-29 victory over the Dallas Cowboys in the season opener, three of which were within the 10-yard line, earning NFC Special Teams Player of the Week honors. In June 2022, the Buccaneers released him. On June 30, 2022, he joined the Atlanta Falcons.
