Former Clemson cornerback, A.J. Terrell has been signed by the Atlanta Falcons of the National Football League. Terrell was a highly-rated prospect back in high school and could play as a two-way player (cornerback and wide receiver).

A.J. Terrell attended Clemson University from 2017-2019 and played for the Tigers. Terrell appeared in 14 games as a true freshman at Clemson in 2017 and recorded 15 tackles and an interception.
He started all 15 games as a sophomore in 2018, accumulating 53 tackles, three interceptions, and a score. He intercepted Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa and returned it 44 yards for a touchdown in the 2019 College Football Playoff National Championship.
Terrell returned to the starting lineup as a junior in 2019. After an outstanding junior year in which he was selected first-team All-ACC, Terrell decided to skip his final year of college and enter the 2020 NFL Draft instead.
