A rising talent in the National Football League, Matt Farniok has made a name for himself in recent years.
He was a standout at Nebraska and was given the starting position at right tackle as a sophomore and contributed to the team’s average of 456.2 yards of total offense during that season. He started at right tackle for all 12 games he played in as a junior.
While he was on the offensive line for all eight of the games, he became one of only 13 players in school history to become a two-time captain. He started seven games at right guard and just one game in the center position.
Dallas Cowboys chose him in the seventh round (238th overall) of the 2021 selection. The center for the Dallas Cowboys is now in his second season with the team. On May 13, 2021, he became a rookie and signed a deal for four years.
