As a wide receiver with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, Michael Gallup competes in the game professionally. Having a height of 1.85 m, he weighs 90 kg. Football, baseball, basketball, and track were among the sports he participated in while a student at Monroe Area High School. Playing quarterback in a triple option offense, he began concentrating on football as a junior.
He had 37 carries for 484 yards and seven rushing touchdowns as a senior, in addition to 28 catches for 637 yards and 10 receiving scores. He assisted in his team’s Class 4A playoff run to the second round. He attended Colorado State University, where he participated in collegiate football for the Rams.

The NFL placed him on injured reserve a few days after he tore his ACL on a touchdown in Week 17 of the 2021 game against the Arizona Cardinals. In March 2022, he committed to a $62.5 million, five-year deal with the Cowboys.
