Tony Randall Pollard, a running back with the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League, was born on April 30, 1997. He participated in collegiate football for Memphis before being selected by the Cowboys in the fourth round of the 2019 NFL Draft.
While a student at Melrose High School, Pollard participated in high school football. As a senior on the high school football team, he started as both wide receiver and cornerback.
He helped the team make the playoffs by accumulating more than 1,200 receiving yards, scoring 20 touchdowns, and was named All-District 16-AAA.
The University of Memphis offered Pollard a football scholarship, which he accepted. He played in 13 games as a redshirt freshman, starting seven of them.
