Alec Lindstrom plays professional football as a center for the Dallas Cowboys. At 1.91 m tall, he is 137 kg in weight. He played football in his junior and senior years at Shepherd Hill Regional High School. Although UMass extended a scholarship offer to him, he chose Boston College to play collegiate football instead. He was a member of the Boston College Eagles football team as a student at Boston.
His problems forced him to skip the first season. He was selected for the third team of the Atlantic Coast Conference despite redshirting his sophomore season and starting the Eagles’ first center in all 13 of the club’s games (ACC). After earning 11 starts for the squad as a junior redshirt, he was selected first team All-ACC.
He gained 1,119 yards rushing and scored 11 rushing touchdowns as a redshirt junior. The entire season’s 785 offensive plays were also played by him. He graduated from the Carroll School of Management with a bachelor’s degree in management and leadership, and he is currently enrolled in the Woods College of Advancing Studies.
He thought about going in the 2021 NFL Draft, but ultimately chose to spend one more season at Boston College. He was a finalist for the Rimington Trophy in 2021 and was again named to the first team All-ACC. He joined the Dallas Cowboys in 2022 as an undrafted free agent. He was released in August 2022 and immediately added to the practice squad.
